One of that age would be a 4.3 wouldn't it ? They're certainly no faster than a CSL, if that has any bearing on your decision - which means these days a 335i probably gets pretty close on performance.

Don't care if it's .3 or 10mph faster or slower that's not the point
I've had a heap of fun in it, it's too harsh for the day to day duties I do in it, only because I've one too much and the clubsport KWs with race struts etc are superb for track ...but I'd rather be in my race car in a race than do track days now, true what people say once you've started racing and been in a full on series on slicks .. Any road car seems a tad ordinary .. Hence the thought process of something fast / comfortable and useable .. And the Vant is a little bit diff not too many about ... Just an idea I'm bouncing around anyway.. Didn't drive one today, booked in tomorrow

Ive got to say Daz, I drive shitters day to day and when I jump in the CSL it does give me that grin factor, I think day to day it would get to me.
