Had a great trackday at Rockingham (prior to GT Battle 2005) in this baby http://www.wrc-cosworth.org/pics/lloyd/lloyd.html

MENTAL!

Such great handling (and good driver of course!) it murdered everything at that first GTB (which afterwards became Time Attack).

One of my all time favourite Escort's that! I was at the first GTB at Rockingham and thought it was amazing (I now think TA is crap! lol), Gareth Lloyd is a stunning driver as you say, this car also won TOTB Handling in year 1!

He is now doing very well in the TA Series in an Evo isn't he?

I'm sure Gareth also own's a CSL and a genuine Ferrari F40!

I was there too - I ran the datalogger in the car.

Yeah he's doing well in the TA but it's still all down to the last event in a few weeks. Missed out winning a few events - you know EVOs and reliability......

He got a CSL after I let him drive mine around Donington years ago One of my two very best mates, a top geezer. His brother has an RS500 (Dick Johnson) too.

Hi Steve,

Welcome aboard. I made the switch nearly 4 years ago and never looked back. Here's my old cossie which was also at the first GT battle.

I'd certainly go back as well; no chance of that though as it was sadly nicked from the guy who bought it from me. I find myself looking through pistonhedz every so often but i just don't have the space.

LOL At the Evo's! Didn't know you knew him so well, cool!

Does he still own the CSL and F40?

The RS500, is it the Red No.17 car with the Gold split rims by any chance?

EDIT: This one!?
