Think it was 65metres shorter than the 2.99 miles.
Last time on dunlops front wishbone gone, track less grip than Monday, Only got data for one session from iPhone which wasn't best. Either tracks got grippier or I'm now smooooother with the car. |

Nicely loaded up Ready for Nelson, camera man got me in the air. Different view all loaded up I was aggressive in that corner Bomb hole Different angle Coram Not actually sure where this is |

Spec:2002 61k miles, manual, proven mods £21,500 Cambridge, United Kingdom Spec: 2002 61k miles, manual, 5 previous owners. Bought off fellow cutter at 54k miles. I have owned the car for over two + years, my aim was to build a car quicker than my previous CSL round a track. I have acheived this over these two + years, started with a nice low millage manual example. I drove to Scotland and back as it had to be right. 5 hours each way. Car has been meticulously maintained, serviced every 2 trackdays, had new plugs, alternator, coilpacks, battery, steering arms, Mishimoto rad and electric fan, OEM wishbones, every bush has been replaced with powerflex yellow along with the dreaded subframe with redish plates and resin injected in by Bartletts. At the same time they changed the brake fluid and rear brake lines. To make the car a proven weapon on track I have added these upgrades, it was all about corner speed and getting on the power early. Intrax 1k2 coilovers AP Calipers front and rear with brand new RS29 front pads (1 TD old) and rear pads (2 TD old). Brand New performance friction front discs. Supersprint Cats Supersprint lightweight race back box Cobra Bucket seats with harnesses & Sliders Automac door cards Solid steering coupler Bimmerworld solid control mounts New BMW OEM wishbones, both sides New steering arms and tierod ends Aircon/stereo/rear seats removed H&R anti roll bars front and rear Sparco quick release steering wheel and boss Carbon Fibre Front splitter and rear diffuser OEM CSL Bootlid Rear LED lights Xenon’s Braided clutch hose Rear control arms New brake lines Reddish plates and resin injected to subframe by Bartletts Powerflex yellow bushes New Mishimoto rad and electric fan, this car will not overheat. CAE shifter 4.1 diff Evo pulleys Geoff Steel airbox Genuine OEM CSL Snorkel with working flap CSL map and software Stud conversion kit fitted Oil changed every 2 track days Running front and rear shock mount kits Rear Control Arm Upper/Inner OEM Bushes Comes with 2 sets of Team Dynamics rims in silver all 9J et 26 running uniroyal rainsport for the road and slicks on track, currently 1 track day old. Comes with AIM data logger with predictive lap times RRP £290. Enigne is strong. The car also comes with Centre console. Sound deadening still in place Carpet in the front Carpet in rear Roof lining and airbags in place. All boot coverings OEM Back box, parcel shelf, OEM airbox etc Weighing in a 1355kg last time with nearly half a tank. Since then had new Team Dynamics rims, Carbon airbox fitted and Supersprint lightweight race back box, so with 1/4 maybe around 1335kg, easy. Car is very clean inside and out. Body work bar a few places with some surface/rust bubbles on front wings and rear as you would expect with age. I have not painted these as id rather you see it as it is. I have video’s of my progress and a build thread. Price £21,500. You could not build this car for that in 2nd hand parts. This car needs nothing. Great for euro trips, driving to work and out performing other M3’s. Anyone that has been on track with me will know this car is setup superbly at no expense spaired. I managed a 2.07 at Snetterton a couple of weeks ago. Build photos are here: http://s1000.photobucket.com/…/bil...0M3%2…/story OEM CSL Snorkel with working flap: |
