Track club, there are rules, all lap times have to be authenticated by the head of the UK man train branch (also known as shimmy) via email, to check for drop outs/distance traveled.

Your times will not be valid if timed from the pitt wall by your Mum, Dad, girlfriend, wife, (boyfreind, husband for some on here)
