a bit of copper slip on the hub / wheel before fitting, we didnt have any when we fitted them at the track day but I didnt expect you would keep them on for such a long period

We use rubber mallet, on the back of rim not the front, and hit the rim not the tyre, as the tyre will just absorb the impact.
