I've been speaking to a mate about this and it's unrealistic but a good point to bare in mind if it worked!
He reckon's that anyone (within reason) with a CSL for sale in the UK at least should club together and put a 10-15k premium on them, if everyone did it then it would move the overall price of them back up rather than just having one overpriced car, people then wouldn't have an option but to pay the inflated price as that would in time become the norm!... As I say in the cold light of day unrealistic but a nice thought never the less, they'll go up in their own time, you only have to look at the E30 Evo's!

What about if we started a CSL Register fund, and bought up a few cars and then readvertised them with the premium, then we wouldn't have to sell our own!
On a slight tangent, enjoyed the news yesterday that the average price of fuel is going to go to £1.20 a litre... That'll be and 8p a litre saving on Super... (if only!) |

hi all
fairly new to this forum i find myself in a position similar to ANISSUT unfortunately/reluctantly selling my CSL but no really bothered if it doesnt go! What would people’s views be on the price, being that the car doesn’t have the obligatory air con, stereo, parking sensors and xenon’s??? Last edited by glendog74; 12-08-2010 at 06:38 PM. NO so cheap it looks dodgy imho id say a genuine 16.5k mile car should be on the advert for £35k but sell anywhere above £32k

Cheers shimmy thanks for the advice!
the mileage is genuine the car has the usual little bits and pieces that need doing i.e. few stone chips to bumper (mainly cosmetic things) but other than that is in good condition. Thanks for the reassurance. |
