That's criminal - you should try leaving the fillet on the side of the platter and cutting off small pieces (just big enought for one mouthful) and cook then eat - rather than cook all of it together. Trust me it tastes soooo much better that way :D

Im Still Pondering on July

Still cant get dates to fit with ferrys and which is shortest way to go?
Couldnt get time off for the usual easter trip

cheapest would be ireland-holyhead-dover-calais
