Stick to "Lemforder" , "Valeo", etc parts as they are (more often than not) one of the BMW OEM parts makers

Lemforder is OEM quality. Used a few bits on mine, tie rod ends, track rod ends etc. Know people who've used them for lower arms and they've been fine

Shimmy "mister auto " sell Lemforder items. I've just bought the rear anti roll bar stabilisers for £8 each. Where as I bought the front drop links for £21 each from Eurocarparts.
Don't forget the check for the constant pressure valve oil leak while your under there !
I've got to change my front prob coupling also. I can see a tear in mine. Eurocarparts sell Lemforder ones for £67 . Inspection 2 on mine is 2 years off. Can't find any DIY threads yet .

Prop is very easy to remove. Hardest bit is exhaust depending when it was last removed

Looks a bit more purposeful rather than a rubber downut!
They appear to only sell through distributors, UK is 'Honda-R Ltd' in Abingdon (Honda performance parts)

Might be one for Adem to look into, buying direct?
