On my car (again it wasn't a failed sensor), but when the light triggered, the only thing that it did was disable the traction control and ABS. Surely if the sensor failure does the same thing, it wouldn't be a problem for a driver of you calibre ?

Yes..., about £100 aftermarket for 3 sensors

No. Drive off and they are picked up. Then light usually goes out.

I was told by Gareth there are three sensors 2 front and 1 rear, where are you getting yours from and how much as mine keeps playing up at the moment and I have just ignored the light for the last year.

It might just need the a software reset . Toughy bought a new sensor as he thought one of his had gone as well - turned out it needed the same reset as mine and nothing more.
