fit new CD stereo

HI JUST BOUGHT TOP OF THE RANGE ALPINE STEREO FOR MY CSL GOING TO REMOVE STANDARD BUSINESS CD PLAYER. IT LOOKS LIKE TO ME WHEN I FIT THE NEW STEREO THERES GOING TO BE A GAP EITHER SIDE SHOWING HAS ANYONE ELSE FITTED ANOTHER STEREO AND FILLED IN THE GAPS IF SO WHERE DO YOU GET THE SURROND FROM THANKS.

My CSL came with an after market Top of the line KENWOOD Bluetooth/iPod connectivity, blah, blah, blah CD player (picture enclosed)

but I'm thinking of going back to O.E.. What are your plans for the BMW Business CD player ? Is is 100% working and would you be interested in selling it to a fellow CSL owner ?

You can buy a front panel and rear cage from BMW that allows you to fit a DIN unit in a central position not off set ike the after market ones, about £50
