Over here BMW is starting something for ///M-Cars.
They check out which dealers is good in sales & service for our ///M cars. So if your dealer shows the sign (i've attached below) you can be sure that they now what they do.
Great idea, hope it works out.

I guess BMW Niederlassung Stuttgart will be one.
As far as I know they are the best ones in Germany.
