First Racewin Norwegian GT series!

Hi guys!

It's been a while since I've posted in this forum, but I thought I'd share some impressions and videos/pictures from last weekend when we kicked off the Norwegian GT Championship.

We had one qualifying session and three races over the weekend.

Managed to lower my personal best time on that track with 0.6 seconds from last year. That put me in P5 in the first race. Here's a video of my fastest qualifying lap:

First race was a bit messy in the start. Had to drive off track to avoid hitting a porsche. Ended up last in the field but managed to fight back and had a good fight with a Dodge Viper ACR. Unfortunately I had a problem with a missfire all weekend, making it very hard to get past the viper.
I've changed my fuel pump to a different type and without having any tracktest prior to this event we wasn't aware that the mix was too rich under heavy load. Hopefully it's fixed to next race.

In the second race I started in poleposition in the GT2 class. Lead the race from start to finish, taking my first ever racewin. It was such a epic feeling. You can see my reaction from the win in this video:

After the high I got in race two things turned to worse in the third race. Another messy race start. With a crash i front of me I had to go off the track to avoid them. Eager to make up the lost time and pass the backmarkers I braked to late into a corner. Got on the grass, hit a bump, the splitter dug into the ground, pressing the front bumper into the front and broke several things including the oil cooler. Race over..

It's a week until next race and I'll work hard to get the car back together. Hopefully I'll make it.
