This was the conclusion I came to. I had a lot more fun pushing on hard, braking late and generally chucking around an £11k E36 track slag / race car that I do the CSL. I'm always conscious of the CSL's value (and the fact I need to drive it home!)

Seriously considering going down this route for track day shenanigans.

That is a great pic... When I was a lad, I used to have a massive poster on the wall of the BMW Junior Team 320i doing the same thing - huge gout of flame from the exhaust.
