Hi im having a set of kw v3's fitted, does anyone know what a good base setting is for fast road and some track pls?

Best setting is "club sports"

Doh! Cheers. Im assuming settings are the same as v3. Also how come the settings are for low speed, how does the suspension know im travelling fast?? Confused.
