DSC pressure sensor:
item 2 : part number 34521164458 or wheel speed sensor. But most likely DSC pressure sensor (it'll be the hardest one to get to I bet - the one in the rear - but sometimes both can fail) |

That's what it was on mine. I verified with a code reader before giving it to BMW to fix.
I've seen it claimed elsewhere that disconnecting the sensor and cleaning the contacts has sometimes fixed the problem. Worth a try first perhaps...

I had this also and was the fault as described below, 'ABS/DSC Pressure Sensor 1 replaced' per the invoice, at just over £100. No issues at all since replacement.

There's a live read function in GT1 - just unplug one at a time to see which one is faulting. That's how I figured out mine.

i had the traction light and handbrake yellow only today come up on the dash about 5 miles from start of journey....reached destination(40 miles)
came back to the car and no indications at all on route home. does this mean the fault is not there or just a spurious indication. i have just started running a square set up with rear wheels on the front. any advice would be appreciated. |

If it goes away there will be a fault code I think??
Just bare one thing in mind. I had the tyre pressure light come one while I had DSC, etc. all off. I made the mistake of hanging the back end out in this situation and all the lights came on just like shown above! Stopped the car, did tyre pressure checks, reset tyre pressure sensors and all fine. Any excessive wheel slip with tyre pressure senor warning light on will throw up lots of lights.
