Speed Limiter Removal

As Title

BMW can remove the speed limiter but I have spoken to my BMW MTEC M8
And the DME on the CSL when you use bmw software is in German so he does not know what to change has any 1 had this done???

Do you not need a Race licence to get removed from BMW? Ive got an A just in case

Yes but i know the service manager
but all the DME is in german and i dont speak it

I remember ready that you have to send the ECU or what every it is away to Germany to get this done....but you can get it removed in this country with company like Simpsons but it includes a BHP upgrade I believe.

We are going to try and find it in the DME tomorrow
I shall keep you all posted but i want it done by bmw
to keep my warranty

Even with the limiter on they go 20mph above where they should stop and still going

Bmw have sent a puma to bmw germany i wont hear back till tuesday
