I put an SPA in mine, beejesus it's snug. Had a seat in an SPG down at Silly couple of weeks back and it was a much better fit (for my size) aka pie size.
I quite like the idea of that rear brace but always have in the back of my mind that if, sorry I mean when the rear sub frame issue rears it's head they reject it because of this as it bolts to the boot floor. |

As you are in Surrey might be worth PM'ing Uncle Benz on here. He built a lovely custom sliding mount for my E36 M3 and I believe did similiar for his own CS.
