Default Intermittent Warning Lights

I have my CSL booked in to Murketts on Monday but I'm not sure it will be playing up when it's there.

I have occasional times when the DSC light comes on during a journey and the brake warning light (the one that glows red when handbrake is on), both permanent orange till the ignition is turned off. Next time you turn on, all is well - the lights all come on as they should when I turn on the ignition and go off as they should after a few seconds.

My worry is that I drive all the way to Huntingdon and the bloody thing hasn't done it on the journey and there is nothing for them to see.

Does anyone know whether that kind of fault code is likely to stay in the memory or be lost when the ignition is turned off and on again?

Better still - any odeas what it might be?

As I have the full warranty I am perfectly happy for it to go there, as if there is a failure it is likely to be paid for by someone else. It's more the PitA of getting the car there first thing Monday morning for something it might not be prepared to reveal to them....
