Hybrid csl near paddington
Own up, who has converted their car to a hybrid to avoid the congestion charge. Approx 16.35 today (26th) at west sussex gardens near paddington a SG csl pulled away & I did not hear the exhaust or induction roar. I was only a 100m away & felt so sad for the car to be muted like that.
