I could straighten it a bit, for a start
Unfortunately your camera wasn't focusing on the car, more on the strong light source on the building behind, as evident by the soft focus at the front & side of the car.
Re: the Colour ... it's more to do with colour temperature measure in Kelvin, not intensity.
If you're shooting with a decent DSLR you can adjust it in the menu under WB (aka White Balance)
