Yes i hear what you are saying - but just because the bolts are "Thatcham Approved" doesnt mean they wont go walkabouts any less than a normal locking wheel bolt - they simply create more annoyance for the thief. The way i look at it is if they are going to that much trouble to crack a locking nut then they can have them. There must be cheaper bolts that do the same job??
