Maybe I should just look into BREMBO rear brake solutions over standard rear discs or get the AP Racing rear callipers ?

longer repeated periods. Much less fade

Come the rain though, and you would need
to restore the original front / rear brake ratio
and even increase it in really wet conditions,
by having more rear bias.

Something like 65% front 35% rear.

So by having the bias valve in line for the rear
allows you to compensate for the changes.
