breeze S3 - On the open road Join Date: Oct 2008 Posts: 102 Casino cash: $5788	I lift on downshifts to smooth out running. Once you know the car you will know when it is going to change. I never lift on upshifts. Driving normally, I find dropping the shift speed one click as soon as I start does wonders. Enjoy!
