Default no longer for sale SG CSL for sale

I can't believe I'm considering this but I'm tentatively putting my csl up for sale, house extension and modernisation and a baby on the way are the reasons!

Here's some details...

Registered 23/12/2003.

66K. All the options apart from parking sensors and climate screen. All old mot's.

Lovely paint, just had the rear bumper and lower nsr quarter painted at Chandlers BMW in Brighton, the bumper due to a couple of scuffs the quarter panel due to a little blister on the wheelarch, this work is covered by a BMW 3 year warranty. Absolutely no dings, dents or ripples. Discreet Amourfended front end and rear wheelarches. Internally its in great condition, a couple of tiny (common) marks on the seat backs. Rear seats look unused!

I've managed to mark the nsf rim, £70 at lepsons... full phat cups all round with around 3mm left.

Lots and lots of paperwork for the below and more...

Park lane & Hexagon service history until recently when the insepctions have been carried out by indy's and the latest inspection 2 carried out by ML so the next service is an oil service in 2600miles time (it's had 3 oil changes this year!). All booklets etc are in the original alcantara folder including the original A4 CSL sales brochure and csl supplementary booklet. Three keys with car. BMW Tracker fitted with paperwork but not subscribed.

I have just spent a small fortune at Munich Legends. The boot floor / subframe area had the usual issue and even though the car would have had the goodwill boot floor works I didn't want that done as there's been a good few horror stories with the main dealer monkeys damaging the expensive CSL carbon panels or plastic seating or generally leaving the car with more squeaks and creeks than it went in with....as the crack on the o/s was so tiny I opted out of my own pocket for ML's own strengthening kit, which was followed by a full 4 wheel alignment. Whilst there the slight pinking was diagnosed as the usual head gasket issues so that too was replaced with the head and block checked and passed with no work necessary. Then of course the valves were re-set leaving a beautifully sweet engine. Vanos & bolts checked and passed.
Also whilst there I had a cracked rear spring replaced, odd as they were only a year old. Also I had the power steering hose replaced as this was weeping as was the diff seal and block valve. Front headlight height sensor replaced at the same time. When the car was started a slight knock was heard due to the extra compression from the new HG so it was stripped down and no.6 bearing was found to be out of tolerance so all were replaced with new bearing shells and bolts along with another oil change! The crank was checked with a plastigauge and found to be perfect.
The vanos filter and 'o' ring have been replaced.

The 'box and gearchanges are perfect, hot or cold no issues.

Chandlers BMW in Brighton recently replaced all 4 lambda sensors.

Most recently I have fitted brembo calipers all round in gleaming red, with these I fitted HEL stainless brake lines all round and bled through with ATE super blue. Original calipers and carriers will come with the car as do near perfect pagid pads. Rear silencer is a £800 Hayward and Scott stainless item, it's got a lovely sound from the 4x75mm tailpipes. It's also recently had all new genuine coils, OE BMC filter and NGK Iridium plugs. New genuine wheel, boot and bonnet badges. I don't want to think about it but it probably owes me near to £33k

MOT till 8/9/14.
Tax till 28/2/14.

£28,000 ono
