Disc Skimming

Pagid RS14's, I am thinking these may be knacked from the discs being fitted round the wrong way but I don't want to fit a brand new set of pads and find they also get wrecked due to the discs being screwed, seem to be going round in circles with the brakes on my CSL. If I have to bite the bullet and order new set of discs and pads then I will suffer it but thought I would see what I could do. I would probably be willing to get them skimmed by someone and see if that sorts the job.
