Default Turner Motorsport adjustable top mounts - settings?

As above. I bought the car with these fitted and have never adjusted them. I have an idea of what they do but would like to know what the best settings are and how to adjust.

I have attached pictures of the current settings (unchanged for 5 years of road and track). I have also attached a pictures of the front tyres I bought with it that have only been used on track and the trip to and from the Nordschleife (only the Nordschleife I have never been to any other tracks - I say this as I assume some settings are more suited to different types of track).

As you can see the camber is such that the inners of the tyres are going first. Whilst I can see the point of this on track for optimum performance presumably a more neutral setting should be used for more even tyre wear when on road.

Not really having a clue they may well be in a neutral setting already and the tyre wear may be caused by something else ie worn balljoints or just working hard on track.

For adjustments is it just a case of jacking the car up and undoing and moving the allen keys within the top mount. Should both sides be on the same settings???

Plenty of questions for all you experts.

Any help appreciated.
