Newbie here! Does anyone know this car?

Hi guys,

Finally made my decision on my next car and it has to be a silver grey CSL. Seen a car advertised on pistonheads, which is being sold via Nick Johnson Motor Company, and was wondering if anyone knows of this car and what would be a fair price for it. Its looks in great condition and has the option of a BMW warranty.
