Hi,

Its not quite as simple as Cantfind1 makes it out.

If you obtain any S54 ECU without the keys or EWS
to that ECU then you will have to have the ECU
reflashed.

BMW can supply replacemnet keys around 175.00
each and then you have to sort out your EWS if
you want the Car on the 'Key'.

Loading on the CSL Files to a non CSL S54 ECU will
not be free unless you know somebody and then when
its that's all done what do you have and what was the
real costs?

I would source a ''theif'' kit ie] CSL S54 ECU/EWS/KEYS.
