Very tyre and weather dependant, I tend to mess about on the day, mine does need dropping a bit, running at roughly OEM height. I hardly use the car now and think I will get my camber set to track only so it doesnt effect toe when you change from road to track. To be fair Ive done no track days in it this year and its only been to Murketts and then to watch the lads at Snet, all my time and $$ is going elsewhere
what happened with your rear strut? I only sent one back, I hope they put it back as it was to match the other... there was no mention of anything wrong with internal springs, did you send both back?

cheers mate, will give those settings a try. thought i'd been advised to run fronts slightly harder by a couple of clicks than rear, i probably got that wrong way round!

felt much better last time out at donny running them at the same level, 10 clicks all round. think as you've said though will need to mess about with it during the day to get something that suits me.

nothing happened with the rear strut, there was a clonking noise which turned out to be the little helper spring which sits under the main coil spring, on top of the thingamy that sets the ride height (sorry for going all technical ) it had rusted away into pieces so had to replace. curtis sent one out when i told him what set up i had but was the wrong internal diameter. he sent the correct one (2.25 inches instead of 2.5'') but seemed confused why it had been fitted with that set up - he said was usually used for a clio!
