Got it!! Finally won the Golf Championship!

I'm not going to bore you all with the details of the whole season, but with 5 outright wins from 10 races, I finally won the Golf GTi Mk 2 championship this year. Tankslapper was at the first race which turned out to be my worst result - thanks for that mate, but it just got better after that. Interestingly, I never had 1 pole position during the season -you need race craft to win in one-make series, not just fast driving. I'm going to defend the title next year. If anyone out there is considering some really close, cheap (relatively) racing, then this is a great series to be in. Big thanks to Saxon Motorsport who ran my car for the season - top notch professional service at sensible costs.
