My day at the office - Top Gear style!

I had a rather more interesting day than the norm today. I flew in a Royal Marines Lynx helicopter to a beach near Bideford in Devon to play our part in the latest Top Gear stunt planned for a future episode.

It involved our two helicopters, landing craft and a load of marines conducting a 'beach assault' to land Jeremy Clarkson in a new Ford Fiesta - through the surf!

It was quite a laugh to watch and i managed to meet JK. He actually seemed like a nice bloke and not quite the tool I had expected. I mentioned that i partly bought my current car because of a review that he did... When i said the CSL, he said: "CSL - great car - awesome sound!" I was well pleased! I'm the short arse in the picture with him!
