Ring spa trip rooms update - urgent

Guys

Just had this through from the hotel.... dont see the point in doing a group booking then people adding / cancelling separately without letting us know etc as its getting all out of hand and could result in us either not having enough or too many room solutions...

This OK for us all, just need some of you lot to check it as well for my own sanity .. as it appears people who were on the the list here have been changing booking but not updating the thread / list ...

could you please give us an update of the reservation on 29.05.2010.

Today we received a cancellation respectively a changing of the reservation of Mr. Sam Lewis. He has made a new reservation of 2 single rooms for himself.

Acc. to our opinion the reservation should be now as follows :

7 Twin rooms from 29.05. to 31.05.2010
One of these rooms suitable for wheel chair

1 Double room from 29.05. to 31.05.2010
1 Double room from 29.05. to 01.06.2010 for Mr. Katsioulis still on the waiting list (he cancelled the room on 08.04.2010 and then told us he like to have it back)

Please provide some information as soon as possible.
