"The problem you have with the spacer is caused by using the wrong parts on this car. - As you can find in our catalogue or website, the 10mm spacers are not allowed to use on the E46. We specially created 12mm spacers for this car as the center hub of the E36 and E46 models build up to high for the 10mm spacers. If using 10mm spacers the center hub of the wheel trunk is pressed against the inner hub of the spacer which causes the shown damage.

Never seen a problem with the 10mm Rogue Engineering spacers and they are widely used on the US forums (a place where if the parts can go wrong they will in no time).
