CSL Register ring trip 09 - Returns

It was a really fantastic weekend!!!

Great to meet everyone for the first time, and thanks for making us feel welcome amongst you. The conditions were brilliant - just about as good as we could have hoped for! Glad to say it was one of the most enjoyable Ring trips I've done - there wasn't a lap wasted!

Highlights were most of Saturday, especially doing a threesome (or was it a foursome?

) with the 'Ring Taxi. I only wish I had the vid cam to have recorded our 3-CSL convoy with Glendog and Daz through the traffic

Matthew had a great time and thought our final couple of laps Sunday were the most memorable

Spent some time at Black Falcon today, and it was interesting to note that the 3 CSL race cars they run in the VLN only have the tranny shifting at maximum S3. Had a good chat with them, and the slippery slope is beckoning again

Didn't take many pics, but here are a few. Looking forward to the next trip!
