This is probably not going to come across well but I still can't understand this way of thinking of waiting such a horrendously long time for BMW to fix it. Yes you're getting nice new cars in the mean time but as above, there's got to be a way to put the car back together and drive it! I guess lots of people have other toys to play with and use the cars differently, hence the big variations in mileage between members.

I guess also the big problem everyone is worried about is losing providence, the more standard M3 bits you add the worse it gets. You may not ever notice the difference, but I suppose it's still losing that little bit of specialness each time you don't put a genuine CSL bit back on.
