Default Key reprogramming strange incident

So i have one key that doesn't work as a result of car battery going flat over Christmas. One works. So i unlock car with working key,get in car to do the reset as per.

1.Working from within the vehicle and with the doors shut

2. Turn ignition to position 1 and back to off within 5 seconds.

3. Remove the key from ignition and press and hold the unlock button for 15 seconds during this time press the key lock button 3 times within 5 seconds.

4. Release both buttons.

5. Doors will lock and unlock to show correct programming has occurred.

Reprogrammed Key works fine, but i remember once before doing this, and it knocked the working key out, and so it was this time, I have it written down somewhere how to resolve but cant get at it at min, and a search of the forum didn't show it up, but its been done to death before ! well, I reprogram the original good key, and sure enough, the other one doesn't work, so trying to sort it out, I think about trying to press all the buttons in sequence on 2 keys at once...haha ! With both keys close together, I hold down the unlock button on 1 key, and guess what ? ... all the windows came open !! back ones too ! strange I thought. So I still need to program both keys together, preferably before Friday ! Who remebers how to do both keys at once?
