I don't think it's possible to take over a warranty. Either it's pay monthly DD or pay yearly, either way it's a new contract when the previous owner stops paying.

The ideal would be to start up a new pay monthly warranty at 59,999 miles and keep the car for a while. But flip side is you will pay more for a sub 60k mile car in the first place.
