Hesitation sometimes

I had a hesitation sometimes pulling out junctions or when cold
It was in at bmw time and time again still no joy all the tests said it was all ok

Then when i started it last week the engine light was on took it to BMW
and they replaced the throttle sensor on the end of the throttle linkage
its like a new car better when cold and feels like the sport is on when its not
its night and day


If you have this try this for a fix here is a picture its the part just above the oil filter housing with the 2 screws
