From your vid and my data it's one of two of the places you seem to have a clear advantage (without better data).

You enter Hollywood and max speed is 170kph, break to 165kph and accelerate up to 168kph approaching Old Hairpin, and take old Hairpin at 118kph.

I enter Hollywood at 171kph (prob because my Redgate corner is a bit faster but I back off a little in Hollywood), break down to 155kph, accelerate up to 178kph (10kph faster) and then break down to 117kph at Old Hairpin.

My gut feel is that you cope with all the turns and elevation changes there much more naturally, on a straighter line (less distance) and less fuss.
