I think Shimmy's right - if you look at the fist photo side on you'll see that the tyre and arch gap is a little more on the front than the rear, and in the side on photo it's not actually that low. I think it looks lower on the front facing shot but that's just down to the camera angle.

Only other possibility is that the coilovers have settled a bit as they were rebuilt with new bodies. I'm just guessing though.

Might be going back there sooner than planned anyway so i'll ask them about it.

Get some more photos up. It does look as if it's slightly broken in the first shot or that a teenager has set it up.

I saw him with one hand looped on top of the steering wheel and a reversed baseball cap the other day in your CSL Funtime. Think he'd been cruzin' downtown Lydney in it.

As Shimmy says it’s the shadow caused by the wheel arch, doesn’t look seriously low to me, a set of 12mm spacers will sort it out.

Did this car belong to Julian’s mate next door?

If so he didn’t half stack up the miles, it was for sale by its original owner the same time I bought mine with 3k miles on it, I think the guy owned a motorcycle race team.

Yes that is the one, he did 67k miles in 18 months looking at the mileage register

That's why I bought it though as I knew they were genuine motorway miles and up until that it was a low mileage car. Sitting on the motorway does very little in terms of wear
