Csl brakes

After years of saving I have bought my dream car, an m3 csl in black!!
I had a standard e46 m3 and loved it, however i did think the brakes where a bit pants for such an awesome car, however the discs where a bit on the worn side.
I was expecting the csl brakes to be up graded and also the fact that the car has only covered 25000m, a lot fresher. they are not!
I was interested to see if anyone had any tips for improving things without shelling out thousands on big brakes ect. many thanks. Stu.

If you can pedal try goodridge horses, dot 5.1 fluid and pagid pads

If you can't get front APs

Uprated pads (Performance Friction most likely), braided lines and fluid should do the trick nicely.
