I have been to Barbados a few times - make sure you stay on the west side of the island for the best beaches. The south end is most of the nightlife and cheaper resorts and of course the capital, Bridgetown.

St Lucia is generally a bit wetter and has a little more relief to it. That said the winter months after now are generally dry anyway.

Both are fabulous places but more for an all inclusive break away from the hustle and bustle than nightlife.

I have not been to Antigua.
