Here is the hotel we have booked which is just down the road from Raddison 75 euro's for a twin including breakfast I booked this hotel through booking.com as far as I know there are still places left -

i stayed in a hotel in Manchester once (edge of Salford) and the 12 foot security fencing and electric gates were a turn off, but then when i parked up the receptionist (security guard) frowned and said " wouldnt park it there mate" (it was right next to the door)
