DMS Automotive ?
I see DMS Automotive are claiming ''372 bhp + delimit'', they have an outlet here in Ireland, does anyone have experience of them ?
Thanks in advance. Mark. |

Have a read of some of the reviews and comments on MTorque, it seems they post wild and ambitious numbers that dont seem to have any real credibility.

Heard several good reports from them, but have never seen a pre and post dyno readout (for that may be worth)......
In any case, I'm sceptical of the benefits of remapping a n/a car that is already in a high state of tune. A turbo charged car is a different kettle of fish however ! |

I have seen a CSL from this compagny. Could they be reliable in their remap or has anyone heard good comments of this compagny? Is it not a problem for the engine with that little more power? Thanks for helping.

Don't know about the NA gear but they can achieve outstanding results with the TD Stuff. Steve Gill had a 535d (albeit in another lifetime) and it was not far off 600lb/ft of Torque and mid 300bhp. With APs on it, it was a hoot around Knockhill!
For an acclaimed 12Bhp, is it worth it? Probably looking at over £400 are you? |

Anyone can write reasonable code for petrol or diesel turbos (and delimit). For the CSL, unless they are writing a specific map for your car as they dyno it, it isn't worth it for peak improvements.
If you want a smoother car, with more torque down the bottom end, it could be worth it.... but don't expect the world!!! |

i had my first E46 m3 remapped and was quite pleased with the result. it def pulled harder and seems to just rev more freely - im not sure it had anymore power. i plan to do the CSL soon. i would however use the likes of TMS or simpsons just because the know CSL's more than most IMO

many thanks for the reply's. Its for me important to know if DMS is as good as they say and not another compagny who's thinking they delevired good work at cars and that they totally wrong.

DMS as a company are very good in my experience. However I only used them for the 535d as Baz said, no experience with the CSL. My CSL is remapped but it was by the garage in germany who works with CSLs all day long and knows his stuff.
