Sure I'll find out if I've made yet another expensive mistake soon enough, I'm only running 250 wide tyres too which might help?

Lots of people in the US running 18x10 et25 up front....

9j rims with 265 tyres wont be much better so i would def go et30 rather than et25 on road biased car

And thats the way I am going, finally ... having watched all the options flying about on here, and not really having a scooby about whats best,

I have bitten the bullet and ordered 4 new TD 18 X 9 with ET30,I already have 10mm spacers

. And if the 265 dont work on the front I will fookin make 'em work !! even if I have to put them on a Lathe and turn them down !

Am thinking about kumho's they have had good reviews the v70a. Am I right in thinking I need a 245/35R18 or a 245/40R18. Will be going for the hard compound, they do a medium as well.

For the rear it will be the same tyre with 265/35R18 in hard compound, thats the only size they do in a 265.

I struggled to find track tyres in 245/40. Not sure kumho make that size either.

Toyo do the R888 and the R1R in that size, never run them so cant comment as to performance !

Yes you are right toyo do the 245/40, kumho don 't do the 245/40 only the 245/35.

Any one know which size is better for keeping wheel circumference right?
