well a mixed day

heavy rain early am then light rain late morning followed by clear skies in the afternoon

we had me, Hazy, 3wheels3 and his mate Dave (Megane), Swifty, PhilJ and then another guy in his CSL (P14 ***) and then Hazy doing a few dodgy deals in the morning

met a nice guy in an E46 M3 who had an ex BTCC driver with him showing us all up . His car was stripped and with various upgrades inc brakes, suspension, cams, map etc and was going well

also a CA Automotive s/c M3 but did not do himself justice

The afternoon was a good laugh and even though the track was not its best, devoid of all its rubber etc, a good time was had and some tom foolery was the order of the day

Not been out on track since Silverstone in March, so was good to blow the cobwebs out! Lots of fun, although very slippy in the morning. Good to see Shim, Wheels and $wift!

Saw a load of Evo journos who were using the circuit at lunchtime. Chris Harris has got a cushey life, rocks up in a new SL, then thrashes some hot hatchbacks around for an hour and gets paid for it!
