I totally agree Go on condition of the car and GOOD service history with many invoices to back up the stamps in the S.H. book, then a TEST drive and up close inspection. I did and ended up with a FANTASTIC CSL. Six previous owners, one per year (previous owner only had it for 6 months) This seems quite reasonable for a SIX year old SPECIALIST car. There are many 3 year old Porsches out there with three or more owners, often Porsche themselves being the first. Good condition above all else, IMHO

It wouldn't put me off, I think mine had 4 owners at 14k miles when I bought mine 2 and a half years ago

exactly right. Low owner/low mile cars wont always be the best. From my experience the main considerations for me would be condition/correct servicing schedule backed up by every bill so you can see whats been done/BMW warranty.

Quick weird rule of thumb for CSL's that I discovered, I found the better cars had good condition splitters and the Nick Johnso...oops sorry, the undesirable cars had poor condition splitters, so if the splitters were poorly cared for I found chances are the rest of the car was too
