No Idea - Dension IceLink Plus or similar, mine is in a cardboard box of stuff removed from the car waiting for Nords :D

Once I go and grab it from Simpsons I can see if there is a part number on it for you if it'd help?

quick update: installed a Dension GW300 with USB, iPod, and Aux input. Installation was quite easy, but the configuration/setup was a 'mare!

Dension instructions are lousy and they aren't weren't updated for the latest firmware the unit came with. Lots of pressing random buttons to try and get it set, but a patient second attempt last night finally got it sorted.

Now have full text display on the Business CD including menus, and can access the iPod sorting via playlists, albums, genres, artists, songs, etc all via the headunit. Text scrolls displaying names too which is nice. Worth taking a look at the GW300 if you want proper integration as this provides. iPod and Aux/USB connectors sit in the glovebox.

I got BMSport to fit me a BMW iPod connector, can't have CDs weighing me down!

Yes... I had the same difficulties setting mine up, but once done it works very nicely and the physical installation bit is actually pretty easy.

i'm just trying to install one of the dension 300 units but i can't get it to play through the stereo. It recognises that it is there and the stereo goes to the cd changer controls but it won't make a sound.
anybody found this and know what i'm doing wrong?
