hmm. simpsons told me to keep it because when turned on it would help with cooling. didn't know it would switch off after 87.5mph but during a slow corner it would drop below 87.5mph does it turn back on then? does the fan stay on until speed is high for a while or does the fan stay off until speed is low for a while? this makes a difference on track obviously.

Well I suppose if you race in a hot day and you are using the AC, the fan will be needed in the slow corners.
