No I don't think so Matt

RSA likes RHD and drive on the left like us.

My guess is this Cecil has been shipped out from Japan. The silly low mileage, the number plate holder shape, LHD and the very "Unique" floor mats are dead give away

but I thought the xenon option came with the headlight wash system.
